Marketing Coordinator

An Outer Banks Real Estate and Hospitality company with offices in Outer Banks and Greenville looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This job opportunity is full time. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all Corporate and Team Marketing • Coordinating all Marketing related items within the company and with external vendors/contractors • Provide marketing assistance to the Company/Team • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Take pictures & Videos of properties/communities • Paid Search Engine Marketing with Google/Bing and other • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Social Media Paid Marketing with Facebook/YouTube and other • Monitor Google Analytics/Performance and make adjustments as need • Place Digital Marketing ads • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers • Market websites with lead generation systems • Assignment/Distribution of leads to sales team • Track/Monitor/Maintain leads • Support the company and agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Conduct all Social Media promotions (Corporate/team) • Perform Market Research as needed. Requirements: • Degree in Marketing or Business • Minimum Two years of experience in Marketing • Knowledgeable in all Social Media platforms • Graphic Design will be plus • Experience in Digital/Video marketing • Proficient with all Microsoft Office & Digital marketing software • Must be well organized to assist with multiple tasks • Excellent Communication Skills • Must be able to work in Team environment WE WANT ENERGETIC PERSON THAT IS COMMITTED TO RESULTS.
