Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Actually Do Serve as the day-to-day contact for some clients — helping manage expectations, gathering approvals, and keeping them informed on project progress Coordinate deliverables across vendors, contractors, and fulfillment partners to keep projects on schedule Manage project timelines, task lists, and internal workflows so nothing falls through the cracks Draft and schedule social media content for clients across platforms Assist with website updates and content changes in WordPress (we use Breakdance page builder — we'll train you) Support SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, and reporting Help build and maintain email campaigns and automation workflows Pull and organize performance data for client reporting Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and project files Assist with proposals, presentations, and prospect research as we grow Handle basic graphic tasks — social graphics, simple edits, branded templates (Canva is fine; Adobe is a bonus) What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in marketing, agency work, project coordination, or a related role Strong communication skills — you're comfortable on a call with a client and clear in writing Comfortable working in WordPress Experience with AI tools—not just as a spell checker, but as an integrated part of workflows Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics Organized to a fault — you track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and flag issues before they become problems Self-starter who can manage their own workload without being micromanaged Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Canva, or basic SEO concepts is a plus Comfortable working in a small-team environment where you wear multiple hats Position available as part-time, full-time, or 1099 contractor Hands-on training across web, SEO, branding, and digital marketing from leadership that's been doing this for nearly two decades — not theory, real work A front-row seat to how an agency actually operates, from client strategy to final delivery Room to grow as the agency scales — this role expands with us A values-driven work environment where we do honest work for good people This Role Is NOT For You If… You need constant direction and can't self-manage tasks You're only interested in strategy and not willing to execute You're uncomfortable being client-facing or communicating with outside partners You think "marketing" means only posting on social media To Apply Send your resume and a brief note on why you'd be a good fit for a growing local agency.
