• Act as primary point of contact for assigned marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns. • Coordinate marketing plans with internal stakeholders and ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption • Collaborate with marketing crew and/or relevant stakeholders to ensure significant events, such as conventions, have a strong marketing plan established and communicated well in advance of the actual event. • Foster and grow external partnerships to strengthen Fangamer's reputation and external brand awareness. • Work closely with senior stakeholders within and outside of marketing to initiate new projects and establish a strong backlog • Support Fangamer's launch crew by providing or coordinating copy, marketing direction (e.g. planograms), and any other necessary marketing content by established deadlines. Required Qualifications / Experience • Marketing campaign development and project coordination with a proven track record • Experience working with and coordinating visual media needs for marketing • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, with basic acumen for marketing via these platforms • Experience working within budget constraints and with a strong focus on earned value per project • Willing and able to remain up-to-date on video game industry marketing trends and shift course as needed to keep up with these trends • Experience documenting best practices, lessons learned, and notes from in-person meetings, along with appropriate action items • Preferred Qualifications / Experience • Degree or certifications in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field • Proficiency with HTML, CMS (ideally Shopify but should have broad familiarity), and design • An established network of PR contacts relevant to video games
