Digital Advertising Coordinator: • Research target audiences to inform digital advertising campaigns • Evaluate performance data and support analysts in the optimization of campaigns • Use data from advertising platforms like Google, Meta, and LInkedIn combined with data from reporting software like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio and call tracking platforms • Drive direction for compelling ad copy and landing pages • Monitor and manage online advertising budgets and develop budget recommendations • Collaborate with Digital Advertising Analysts and other team members throughout the organization to create effective digital advertising campaigns SEO Coordinator: • Support with the development of SEO and content strategies • Tracking campaign expenses/budget and reconciling discrepancies • Support with SEO research and competitive analysis • Analyzing data for client websites for on-site and off-site optimization opportunities • Collaborate with SEO Strategists and team members throughout the organization to help ensure search optimization of all marketing efforts To snag either of the above roles: • Have relevant experience in digital marketing • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and ownership • Be obsessive about organization, timely delivery, and detail orientation • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and a ‘can do’ attitude • Capacity to quickly learn applicable systems and processes • Understand how to use advanced functions of Excel for data analysis • Understand website analytics tools (e.g٫ Google Analytics, Google Search Console٫ ahrefs, Semrush, Advanced Web Ranking) • Have efficient organizational and follow-through skills • Demonstrate resilience by adapting quickly and easily to changes in the industry and in internal processes • Proficiently handle day-to-day tasks on Mac (including Google Drive) • A match to our company values: Collaborative, Hungry, Agile, Reliable, Genuine, Effective, and Dedicated
