Marketing Coordinator

Turn Offroad is looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help grow the brand across digital, event, and content channels. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts — executing campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and keeping projects moving from concept to completion. Coordinate all marketing assets required for product launches: photo and video content, social assets, and dealer materials Maintain launch checklists and timelines to prevent missed details Ensure ecommerce has everything needed for launch in coordination with the ecommerce specialist Coordinate the creation of marketing assets including product photos, install videos, short-form video, and social media assets Capture basic in-house content when needed (photo/video) and occasionally step in to assist with capture or a quick edit when resources are stretched Work with internal team members, contractors, or third-party vendors for editing and production Review and QA content to ensure it meets brand and campaign standards Organize and maintain a clean, accessible asset library Campaigns and launches run on time without chaos Content and assets are ready when needed Fewer last-minute scrambles and missed details Marketing, ecommerce, and product teams stay aligned The team spends less time chasing tasks and more time executing
