Job Overview
USA Printing and Graphics is a locally owned and operated print shop seeking a creative, organized, and business-minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time in Visalia, CA.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales and/or marketing who can help grow our business, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for candidates graduating with business, marketing, communications, or related degrees who are looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In-person position

Responsibilities

Follow up with incoming leads generated through advertising campaigns
Communicate with customers and assist with sales inquiries
Organize and coordinate projects from initial order through completion
Help maintain customer relationships and support business growth
Work closely with management on marketing initiatives and promotions
Coordinate social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track engagement metrics
Support e-commerce and website initiatives by improving product listings and user experience
Assist with branding, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach efforts

Requirements

Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional attitude and appearance with strong attention to detail
Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop
Demonstrated ability in content creation for diverse audiences
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
Understanding of digital marketing best practices including:
Conversion optimization
Keyword research
Performance tracking and analytics
Customer engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of marketing experience preferred
1+ year of sales experience preferred
Experience in printing, graphics, branding, or signage industry is a plus
