What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives, brand coherence, and business development activities that help drive firm growth and enhance our client experience.

Marketing & Digital Communications

Create, schedule, and manage social media contentUpdate website content and maintain staff biographiesAssist with newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and content calendarsMaintain CRM records and sales pipeline informationSupport development of proposals, advertising creative, and presentations

Events & Brand Support

Uphold brand consistency across marketing channels and materialsSupport firm events, sponsorships, and community involvement activitiesManage event logistics and vendor communications

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field1-3 years of marketing, communications, client service, or business development experienceStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPositive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe InDesignFamiliarity with WordPress, Elementor, or website content managementExperience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
