We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and organizational goals.Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.Coordinate the sample program for customers, trade shows, the showroom floor, etc. )Create and oversee content, promotional materials, and customer communications.Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve ROI and effectiveness.Collaborate with sales, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.Manage marketing projects, budgets, timelines, and external vendors or agency partners as needed.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Support event planning, community outreach, and partnership marketing activities.Ensure all marketing efforts align with company objectives and target audience needs. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Mass or Visual Communications, Graphic Design or a related field, preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B, manufacturing, building products, or related industry.Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Proficiency with marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.Collaborative team player who can work effectively across sales, product, and leadership teams.Experience coordinating events, trade shows, and vendor relationships is a plus.
