Marketing Coordinator

Working closely with Marketing Leads and other members of the Marketing team, you’ll execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, print, events, and digital channels while ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time and aligned with each client’s goals and brand standards. Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit marketing content for a variety of platforms Experience maintaining and updating websites using content management systems such as WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms preferred Ability to interpret messaging goals and translate them into effective visual and written communications Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to receive feedback, continuously improve, and adapt to changing priorities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel Must reside in the Springfield, MA area.
