Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented entry‑level Marketing Coordinator to manage our firm’s outdoor advertising initiatives. Coordinate with billboard vendors to schedule creative rotations, new installations, removals, and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule. Willingness to perform any/all tasks as assigned by Marketing Director, Events Coordinator, Marketing Operations Manager and/or Firm Leadership in support of the firm’s growth and success. Experience coordinating advertising campaigns, print production, project management, or vendor management preferred.
