This role is responsible for managing social media, creating professional marketing materials, building polished presentations, supporting events, and helping tell Elite’s story in a clear and compelling way.This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, move projects forward, and strengthen how Elite is presented to clients, prospects, employees, and the communities we serve.What You’ll Do As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own marketing execution across several key areas, including:Social Media & Content Own the company’s social media presence across key platformPlan, create, schedule, and publish engaging contentHighlight Elite’s services, team, events, culture, client value, and community involvementCreate graphics, write captions, capture photos and videos, and maintain a consistent posting scheduleTrack social media performance and recommend ways to improve engagementCreate flyers, brochures, one-pagers, event materials, and other marketing collateralDesign digital graphics for social media, email, presentations, website updates, and company communicationsMaintain a consistent and professional brand look across all materialsOrganize and manage marketing files, templates, images, logos, and brand assetsPresentations & Storytelling Create and update PowerPoint presentations for sales, client meetings, recruiting, internal use, and eventsHelp communicate Elite’s story, mission, services, and value in a clear and professional wayTurn complex information into simple, audience-friendly messagingEnsure presentations and materials are accurate , polished, and visually consistentEvents & Field Marketing Own marketing preparation for conferences, trade shows, client events, community events, and recruiting eventsCoordinate event materials, signage, displays, giveaways, and printed collateralAttend events and represent Elite professionallyCapture event content for future marketing and social media useWhat We’re Looking For Qualifications Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, branding, and visual presentationStrong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create clean, professional presentationsExperience managing or creating content for social media platformsStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsAbility to take ownership of marketing projects from idea to completionHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesComfortable attending events and representing the company professionallyAbility to work well with leadership, sales, operations, and cross-functional teamsPreferred Experience Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar design toolsExperience managing social media content calendars and posting schedulesExperience supporting events, conferences, trade shows, or community outreachExposure to healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or professional servicesPhotography, video, or short-form content creation experience is a plusYou take ownership and move projects forward without needing constant directionYou know how to use social media to tell a company’s story and build engagementYou have a strong creative eye and care about making materials look professionalYou can create polished presentations that are clear, simple, and visually effectiveYou communicate well and can turn ideas into strong messagingYou are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesYou work well across departments and take pride in your workWhy Join Elite Corporate Medical Services At Elite, your work has visible impact.
