Marketing Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

Mercy Urgent Care, Western North Carolina’s only nonprofit urgent care network, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and help connect our communities to compassionate, high-quality care. This is an in-person position based out of our Asheville office.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Coordinate development, review, and delivery of marketing assets and campaigns across email, website, and social media
* Maintain and update website content, online forms, and digital materials
* Assist with content creation (blogs, email, social, print) that reflects Mercy’s voice and mission
* Monitor and respond to online reviews and digital inquiries in a timely, professional manner
* Support community events, networking, and outreach activities that build awareness of Mercy services
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on time and on brand

**What We’re Looking For:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
* Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience with social media, websites, or digital marketing tools is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

* Competitive salary range: 45,000–60,000 annually, depending on experience
