Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a passionate marketer looking to make an impact while gaining experience across multiple marketing functions. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and coordination with partner agencies. Key Responsibilities • Write compelling content across platforms, including email, social, and web • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and content calendars • Build, deploy, and optimize campaigns in HubSpot • Support the marketing manager in coordinating with external agencies and vendors • Track and report on campaign performance metrics • Maintain and organize marketing assets and communications • Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment • Create clear, engaging content across platforms, including social media, email, print, and web • Assist in developing and managing social media calendars and campaigns • Background in nonprofit, workforce development, or youth-focused campaigns • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic tools a plus
