Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator

Wowrack is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is organized, an out-of- the-box thinker, and loves to collaborate to find interesting stories. We need someone who can highlight our white glove services, the value we bring to our customers, and unique solutions. Responsibilities and Expectations: While the position will require some flexibility, the general expected tasks would be as follows: \\- Create content based on REAL Wowrack stories and daily happenings in a professional voice \\- Collaborate with other staff and team members to create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies and directives \\- Update and manage Social Media with daily content (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) \\- Create and send out relevant newsletters to prospects and customers on a regular basis \\- Review website and digital content for spelling errors, content errors, and general updates \\- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data \\- Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts \\- Attend local/out of town events either solo or with the team \\- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales team \\- Other tasks that can acquire more customers Qualifications: \\- Ability to bring people together to collaborate is an ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT \\- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments of the company including vendors, customers, prospects, contractors and freelancers \\- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, product/service demonstrations and while participating at trade shows \\- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Our team likes to collaborate in person, so you would need to come to the office at least once per week in Tukwila, WA \\- Full-Time/Regular \\- Work Shift: This is a regular work-hours shift.
