Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator

We are looking for someone to join our team in the Everett area. Your work schedule is a flexible M-F, Full time hours with benefits! We are looking for a positive, hardworking, problem-solver who has marketing and content creation work experience or schooling. (Sick time accrues during the initial six-week training period, per WA State law) • 6 paid Holidays per year • Regular Company Culture Events like parties and lunches, Team Appreciation Programs, Giveaways and Raffles, Bonus Opportunities, Retirement Planning Option, Schedule Flexibility & a Positive, Encouraging Family-Oriented Environment Responsibilities and Expectations: • Create content based on our product line relevant to our customer base in a professional voice • Collaborate with Directors to create monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies • Update and manage Social Media with daily content (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) • Review website and digital content for spelling errors, content errors, and general updates • Solicit and manage customer reviews on various websites • Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts • Attend local/out of town events either solo or with the team • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to Directors • Create solutions that supply the Sales Team with an abundance of quality requests for quotes, inquiries and leads that is manageable and that results in meeting our sales goals.
