You'll run our corporate social channels and execute campaigns, product launches, email/SMS, light web updates, and agency/creator workturning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes. • Community management and escalation; protect brand voice. Store Support (as needed) • Provide toolkits/localized assets for openings or key promos; occasional store visits for content capture/launch checks. • Comfortable with Meta/TikTok tools (Business Suite/Ads Manager), UTMs, pixels, and reading GA4 dashboards. • Nice to have: influencer/affiliate program management; email/SMS (Klaviyo/Mailchimp); basic HTML/CSS; Spanish bilingual.
