Marketing Coordinator- Digital Media

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Digital Media to support the Firm's digital visibility and content marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key member of the Marketing & Business Development Department, partnering closely with attorneys, marketing professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to create, manage, and distribute engaging digital content that enhances the Firm's brand presence and promotes attorney thought leadership across internal and external channels. In this role you will support the development and execution of social media, multimedia, and digital content strategies that align with the Firm's marketing and business development objectives. The successful candidate will possess experience supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within a law firm, professional services, or B2B environment.Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills, with experience managing social media publishing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing campaigns.Experience creating digital content and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, along with experience interpreting analytics and reporting on performance metrics.Experience with photography, videography, video editing, employee advocacy platforms, SEO fundamentals, accessibility best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies is preferred.With more than 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, e-discovery professionals, and other business professionals across offices in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
