Marketing Coordinator – Digital and Campaign

As a Business Marketing Coordinator on TQL’s Marketing team, you will provide essential coordination and support to help execute marketing initiatives for TQL’s core constituent groups—customers, carriers and employees. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn how marketing campaigns, communications and internal initiatives come together in a fast‑paced corporate environment. What you’ll be doing: • Provide coordination and execution support for marketing campaigns and digital initiatives • Assist with campaign QA, audits, and post‑launch checks to ensure work meets established standards • Maintain and organize marketing documents, files, checklists and documentation for ongoing processes • Assist with coordination of campaign timelines, go‑live readiness and approval tracking • Own day‑to‑day digital execution in support of campaigns and ongoing maintenance • Maintain and organize shared marketing files, templates and resources • Monitor team inboxes and route requests appropriately • Partner closely with team members to help turn standards and recommendations into day‑to‑day execution • Support internal events and company‑wide marketing efforts • Act as an ambassador for TQL’s Winning Principles Where you’ll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245 Applicants requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., F-1 STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, J1 etc.)
