Marketing Coordinator - Digital Media & Events

Plan and execute community, nonprofit, and promotional events end-to-end Manage pre- and post-event marketing including social media, print, and digital campaigns Coordinate staffing, materials, vendors, and logistics for all events Track event performance and ROI; develop improvement plans for future events Attend planning meetings and maintain event records and reporting Oversee traditional marketing: print, newspaper, billboard, bus bench, and direct mail Lead digital marketing: social media strategy, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns Manage and grow YouTube channel, podcast production, and emerging media platforms Identify and evaluate new advertising opportunities across TV, streaming, and digital platforms Research and recommend innovative strategies to improve visibility and lead generation Serve as liaison between creative, social media, and CRM virtual assistants Coordinate agent participation in events, social media, and open house scheduling Oversee production of listing flyers, marketing materials, and MLS video content Manage website updates, advertising performance tracking, and CRM maintenance Prepare and distribute regular reports on lead activity, campaign performance, and ROI Track call performance, website traffic, QR code analytics, and agent lead assignments Maintain accurate lead tracking systems and dashboards Experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or brand management Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems Willingness to use AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring results Real estate industry experience a plus but not required
