The role of Marketing Coordinator at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual dedicated to supporting marketing efforts across a variety of properties within the company's portfolio. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in content creation, social media management, and performance analysis to strengthen the brand’s presence across multiple platforms. • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, hospitality or a similar role • Strong understanding of major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and their unique features, algorithms, and audiences • Able to manage a wide variety of people in a very fast paced setting • Proficient in WordPress, InDesign, Adobe Suite, Hoot Suite, Canva and similar platforms • Proven ability to create engaging and creative social content, both polished and scrappy • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to Indigo Road’s bold, playful tone of voice as well as the voices for multiple brands • The ability to travel independently as needed for site visits and content creation • Strong organizational and analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Flexible to work nights and weekends when necessary • Able to manage and develop budgets • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary
