To apply for this job please go to: https://horusvision.applicantpro.com/jobs/ Purpose: Horus Vision is the most innovative company in the sports optics market and we're looking for a superstar Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Horus Vision Marketing Team to support a wide variety of marketing initiatives. \- Two or four-year college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field desired \- 2+ years' experience in a similar position \- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills \- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint \- Knowledge of the outdoor industry and/or shooting sports, preferred \- Experience with social media marketing preferred \- Must have strong project, time management and organizational skills and able to organize calendars and schedules \- Superior customer service mentality and high integrity in all business dealings \- Must be able to travel 15%-20% of the time \- Able to perform the essential physical functions of the job, including safely lifting up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis Core Accountabilities: > Work with the Marketing team, suppliers and vendors for trade show support, > including set-up and manning of main trade show events > Serve as point of contact for trade show suppliers > Follow up on vendor invoices for deadline accountability > Order and track marketing collateral and branded materials and items > Support apparel product line development and logistics > Support special event set up and event logistics > Support marketing partners as needed to support product marketing efforts > Set up accommodations for talent, marketing events, video and photo shoots > production > Support sponsored shooting teams with product and collateral > Support training events, with collateral, product and event location > logistics > Provide support to sponsored talent with product and collateral > Maintain and support the engineering samples and T&E list; track T&E for > accountability > Work with Materials group on product merchandise, packaging details and > suppliers > Work with Customer Service with marketing support and materials > Work with Engineering to collect product specifications, samples, and track > prototypes that are utilized by marketing > Support the social media calendar and social media events with help in > posting and follow through on social media events and giveaways > Special projects and tasks, as assigned
