Together, we help brands—especially in B2B and complex industries—translate ideas into scalable demand generation systems.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to help us turn marketing activity into a working system.

This role sits at the center of our marketing engine—connecting:

ContentPaid campaignsCRM (HubSpot)Sales follow-upYou won’t be expected to “own strategy”—but you will be responsible for making sure campaigns are executed, leads are captured, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

CRM & Marketing Operations

Manage and maintain CRMBuild and update: Contact lists and segmentation; Lifecycle stages; Lead routing workflowsEnsure all inbound leads are properly captured, tracked, and assignedCampaign Execution & Coordination

Support execution of marketing campaigns across: Paid media; Content; Outbound salesBuild and manage: Landing pages; Forms; CTAsEnsure campaigns launch on time and run smoothlyContent Operations Support

Coordinate content production across internal and external teamsAssist with: Blog publishing; Email campaigns; Social media schedulingHelp turn content into lead-generating assetsMarketing Automation & Workflows

Build basic automation using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, etc.Set up: Email nurture sequences; Lead follow-up workflowsEnsure timely and consistent communication with leadsFunnel Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and report on: Traffic → Leads → OpportunitiesMaintain simple dashboards and reporting in CRMFlag issues and opportunities for improvementSales & Outbound Alignment

Work closely with outbound sales to ensure fast follow-up on inbound leads and Improve lead quality and handoffSupport light ABM efforts through CRM and data organizationQualifications

Bachelor’s degree1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksClear communication and ability to work across teamsBenefits
