Coordinate with management to resolve guests’ dissatisfaction & complaints (sending an apology, gift card, merchandise, or refunding the guests’ expenses) WHATEVER IT TAKES Coordinate with management to create incentives that maximize participation for positive reviews Social Media Marketing Create & post engaging social media marketing posts & campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Ensure that social media posts are made on a regular & consistent basis (weekly posting for each restaurant) in addition to posts for special days, events, or promotions Promote each restaurant separately according to their brand uniqueness, demographics, target markets, & current events schedule Receive photos & videos of DJ & Live Entertainment Artists for our online social media content Responsible for the growth of friends or followers, online brand reputation & star ratings Coordinate with management & team members to request photos & videos for online social media content Ensure email blasts are sent for food & drink specials (with photos), newsletters, promotions, holidays, & special events (i.e. Cinco de Mayo, July 4th, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) Coordinate with the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce to send out email blasts to all chamber members Digital Marketing Creation, launching, & oversight of all digital marketing campaigns Analysis of digital marketing campaigns for use in target-focused campaign strategies Purchase Google ads & Google key words, boosted social media posts (goal: stay ranked #1 on Google) Google Maps optimization & add pictures & content to our Google listing Website Collaborate with the Marketing team, the Owner, graphic designers, & website company to keep our website current Updating all restaurant websites with store information, catering, special event details & promotions Keep an updated calendar of events, photo gallery, merchandise list, food & drink menus, & special menus on the website In-Store Marketing Loyalty Dining Program – Email Blasts – SMS Text Blasts Create & implement strategies to increase the number of guests signing up for our Loyalty Dining Program Send out blast emails & SMS text messages using our Loyalty Dining Program list of guests to promote our restaurants, promotions, dinners, ticketed events, special events, LTO menus, new menus, specials etc. Special Promotions & Events Assist restaurant management teams & team members in decorating locations for special events & promotions Collaborate with the Owner, marketing team, & graphic design company to develop & design print media Utilize printed media as marketing tools for in-store & out-of-store promoting Order, receive, distribute, & install all printed cross-promotion tools Photography & Food & Drink Menus Collaborate with the Owner, marketing team, & graphic design company to create, edit, food, drink & special menus Order, receive, & distribute all printed food & drink menus Schedule, coordinate, perform, edit and/or oversee all photography for all food, drink, training & marketing purposes Review all company photos & collaborate with the Owner for final approval on all food & drink photos Research & develop food photography skills to better improve all media (i.e. staging food & drink items as the focus) Work to ensure that all photography is always 100% perfect & correct errors as they occur Collaborate, stage, & approve all food & drinks with the Owner, Marketing, Executive Chef, & Corporate Mixologists Outside Marketing Local Business Partners Develop relationships with local business partners to cross-promote & advertise Develop, organize, & maintain a distribution list of local business partners to cross-promote (i.e. rack cards in Gatlinburg) Develop relationships with wedding chapels, bus tour companies, cabin rental companies, time share companies, hotels, banks, city officials, city offices, & other local businesses Coordinate with Owner, Executive Chef, & restaurant management teams to deliver rewards to local business partners including gift cards, cookies, chips & salsa, lunches, merchandise, other food items, & other promotional items Communicate with Human Resources to keep all printed/posted information current Structure partnerships with local companies & local attractions that will give our company team members discounts to enter the attractions, dinner shows, haunted houses, ski resorts, etc.
