This team member will play an important role in drafting proposals, marketing materials, and presentations. The Marketing Coordinator will have the ability to bring creativity to their work as they collaborate across the business and ensure proposals/marketing materials represent the companys core values, culture, and align with our strategic direction.EPI Power, LLC (EPI) is a licensed electrical contractor and subsidiary of The Weitz Company that specializes in data centers. We believe our employees to be our most valuable asset, and we are committed to growing a diverse and inclusive culture that inspires, motivates, and continuously improves.What Youll Do:Ensure internal and external marketing material design and messaging is consistent and reflect brand standardsExecute marketing campaigns and initiatives alongside business development and marketing teamCollaborate with various departments to assemble information for pursuit proposals, qualification statements, and project narratives Support proposal and presentation process by reviewing requests for proposals (RFP) requirements and offering writing, design, and research assistance; identify needed material, narratives, graphics and charts for technical and price proposalsMaintain current project sheets, personnel resumes/headshots, and local project photography Serve as a brand standards champion by providing support to jobsite branding and marketing materialsCreate and update slide decks for assigned business unit and ensure the website it up to dateAssist with miscellaneous marketing tasks including creating flyers, infographics, and apparel orders What Were Looking For:Experience:Previous experience in a marketing role is required Degree in marketing or a related field an equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredSkills:Self-starter with a strong work ethic Ability to prioritize and balance various tasks with competing deadlines Organized and detail-oriented Desire to produce high-quality work Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of confidentiality Technology:Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookProficiency in Adobe InDesign requiredExperience with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design programs is a plusAbility to learn specific job-related software upon hire What We Offer: Competitive PayComprehensive Benefits Package with Tax-Advantaged HSA and FSA offeringsEmployer-Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability ProgramsEmployer-Paid Life InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off Provisions401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementFully Paid Parental LeaveVoluntary Products Including: Critical Illness Insurance and Accident InsuranceCorporate Wellness Program with Wellness Time Off and RewardsVisa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.The Company does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
