Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in the Sussex, WI area with their search for a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The company is open to both full-time and part-time schedules (approximately 20-40 hours per week) depending on experience. Compensation is estimated at $35.00-$50.00 per hour, with flexibility for candidates bringing senior-level marketing experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives and ongoing projectsManage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updatesSupport SEO efforts and follow up on inbound web leadsCoordinate marketing materials and logistics for upcoming trade showsPartner with internal leadership and external marketing resources to keep projects on schedule
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3+ years of marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or similar experienceExperience with digital marketing, email campaigns, website content management, and SEOStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
