Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.Proven experience in sales and a demonstrated ability to support marketing efforts that drive revenue.Proficiency in event planning and coordination to manage customer engagement activities and initiatives successfully.Strong writing skills for marketing materials, social media content, and customer communications.Solid project management skills to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.Must have a foundation in the shooting sports or firearms related spaceProficiency with marketing tools, proficiency in social media strategy, is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
