Marketing Coordinator- Ophthalmology

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for development and maintenance of the marketing functions aligned with organizational goals for the purpose of assuring growth, service development, referring doctor relationships and public awareness. • Ensures appropriate staffing for the marketing department and surgery scheduling, including hiring, orientation and performance evaluations, training, coaching and counseling of staff. • Participates in the development of new products/services and strategies to maintain and enhance position in the marketplace, including customer satisfaction strategies. • Oversee the customer service and patient satisfaction activities. Facilitates communication between doctors, management, and all team members.
