Marketing Coordinator - Proposal Writer

Who We Are: In this role, you will help tell PRIME AE’s story by developing compelling proposal content, shaping strategic messaging, and creating persuasive narratives that support the pursuit of new business opportunities across our Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Infrastructure markets. You will serve as a key resource in communicating PRIME AE’s capabilities, project experience, technical expertise, and differentiators to prospective clients in a way that supports successful business development outcomes. Serve as the primary writer responsible for researching, organizing, drafting, and developing proposal content, including executive summaries, technical approaches, project descriptions, management plans, pricing narratives, and other critical pursuit materials.Lead the development of clear, compelling, and client-focused proposal responses by interviewing and collaborating with technical subject matter experts to capture the right strategy, solution, and differentiators.Participate in proposal strategy sessions and ask insightful questions to help shape winning solutions and messaging.Provide guidance to technical contributors regarding content structure, organization, and proposal best practices.Write, review, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure consistency, clarity, compliance, persuasive messaging, and alignment with client requirements.Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to strengthen proposal messaging and overall quality.Develop and maintain proposal content libraries, reusable boilerplate materials, project descriptions, resumes, and technical narratives.Coordinate with proposal teams and subconsultants to collect, review, and integrate technical content into final submissions.Collaborate with marketing and graphics staff to develop visuals, infographics, process diagrams, and presentation materials that enhance proposal effectiveness.Assist in the development of interview presentations, client presentations, and other business development materials.Support thought leadership initiatives through the development of articles, white papers, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing content.Continuously identify opportunities to improve proposal quality, content organization, and business development processes.
