For the first time agents have the ability to become partners in their firm - with our agents and associates owning the majority of the firm. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the CEO and COS to develop and maintain: Updating our entire social media presence along with a social media advertising and marketing strategy Design of lead generation / sales funnels to include landing pages, InfusionSoft follow-up and engagement campaigns Design and re-design of marketing pieces, collaterals, presentations, short and medium length videos and more Creation and management of a marketing-coordinator support service and marketing packages for our agents (both listing/buyer as well as recruiting centric) as a profit center. We are looking for a professional who has experience with all relevant mediums, including Adobe, Canva and others Video, Facebook Marketing, Targeted Direct Mail, Email Marketing, Complex Sales Funnels and Drip Campaigns (we use InfusionSoft/Keap), Landing Pages, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Live, YouTube, and Stream Yard should not be unfamiliar. 2) Make sure you have a quiet place and time to concentrate/focus on the assessment.
