Marketing Coordinator - Sector Marketing

Ryan Companies is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team! The National Marketing Coordinator will also assist with project marketing, events, public relations, and social media. Provide support for the creation of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other business development activitiesSupport the maintenance of proposal materials, including sector-specific marketing materials, project summaries, and team resumesSupport the execution of brand awareness activities, such as conferences, event planning, blogs, social media posts, and awardsAssist with writing and editing project summaries, proposals, resumes, and marketing collateralSupport the execution of national sector marketing plansProvide data support in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related fieldTwo years of marketing experience desiredAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple deadlinesProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and oral/written communication skills Retirement and Savings Benefits
