Marketing Coordinator - Sector Marketing

Job Description:

Ryan Companies is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team! This individual will be based in Des Moines, Iowa, or Phoenix, Arizona. They will support marketing and business development efforts at the national level for Ryan's sectors, which include healthcare, housing, industrial, and mission critical. The focus of this role includes proposals, team resumes, project summaries, and presentations. The National Marketing Coordinator will also assist with project marketing, events, public relations, and social media.

What you can expect to do in this role:

Provide support for the creation of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other business development activitiesSupport the maintenance of proposal materials, including sector-specific marketing materials, project summaries, and team resumesSupport the execution of brand awareness activities, such as conferences, event planning, blogs, social media posts, and awardsAssist with writing and editing project summaries, proposals, resumes, and marketing collateralSupport the execution of national sector marketing plansProvide data support in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related fieldTwo years of marketing experience desiredAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple deadlinesProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and oral/written communication skills

You will really stand out if you have experience in:

A construction and/or architectural-related fieldInDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and graphic design skillsCRM, dashboards, and databases

Compensation:

The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
