The Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of all social media content planning and digital ad buying for our restaurant brands. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and paid digital channels. You will work closely with our operations and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and measurable campaign success.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementDevelop and execute social media calendars for each brand (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc. )Create engaging content in partnership with in-house or freelance creative (photos, Reels, Stories, etc. )Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions in real-time, maintaining each brand's voiceTrack and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies to grow reach and engagementDigital AdvertisingManage paid digital campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and Google AdsCreate and optimize ad sets for brand awareness, lead generation, event promotion, and LTOsTrack campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendationsCoordinate with third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Resy, Yelp, DoorDash) on promotional opportunitiesCollaboration & Brand SupportWork cross-functionally with operations, events, and catering to support in-store promotions and special eventsAssist with e-newsletters and website updates using platforms like Mailchimp, Squarespace, or BentoBoxEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform digital strategiesRequirements:2–4 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and ad buying (restaurant or hospitality experience a plus)Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and familiar with other digital ad tools (Google Ads, TikTok Ads)Strong writing and visual storytelling skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple brands and projects at onceComfort with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and content scheduling platformsHighly organized, data-driven, and creative thinker with a passion for hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
