Manage timelines, coordinate shipping of booths and materials, communicate with vendors, maintain on-site checklists, and lead post-event wrap-ups. Plan, schedule, and publish content for Sprinturf’s social channels. Maintain a clean, searchable digital asset library. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or a similar role • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadlines • Clear, professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and partners • Experience with print production and promotional sourcing is preferred
