Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

Company Overview: Hamilton Medical was founded in 1983 with a clear mission: to enhance the lives of patients on respirators and support the caregivers who serve them. We are dedicated to easing the burden on healthcare professionals who work tirelessly every day, helping critically ill patients recover and regain their health. Hamilton Medical is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a 16-week contract (with the potential for extension). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Coordinate trade show logistics, including materials preparation, shipping, and tracking • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings • Manage the inventory and distribution of branded materials • Assist with new hire onboarding including coordinating new hire materials and supporting onboarding training logistics • Other duties as assigned • Familiarity with CRM/Content Marketing Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, D365 Customer Insights) • Experience with Oktopost is a plus • Interest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
