Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000 per year Job description: We are seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to lead content creation, manage our social media presence, and assist in driving our organic growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy, including content creation, conversation management, and community engagement • Build and execute marketing campaigns across social media to include YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar aligned with overall marketing objectives • Must be comfortable with video and editing tools in order to publish content • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for use across digital and print channels • Work closely with the Marketing Director to define KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights on campaign effectiveness • Ensure all content is on-brand, high quality, and aligned with company messaging and goals Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in content creation • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across departments
