Marketing Coordinator/Admin assistant - Entry Level - This is an in-office position We are looking for the best and brightest to fill this entry-level position and to grow long-term with the company. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling interactions with clients/customers and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track, creating and providing customer metrics, executing customer outreach. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager but will actively work with all members of the Turners Team. Excellent writing and grammar skills • Work closely with the operations manager on strategies, standards, and goals • Provides monthly analytics reports for department heads • Generate content ideas and write copy tailored to drive social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Demonstrable social media platform prowess and content generation experience • Set up email segmentation and automation • Produce graphics to support content posting and marketing campaigns • Draft and format articles and blog posts for website posting and Facebook ads • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Experience using Word Press for posting articles to website • Experience in Email marketing through Constant Contact Learn cutting edge marketing technologies to advance Turners Service Company and other entities.
