Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) Coordinate and track the progress of marketing projects to ensure timely completion Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Maintain marketing calendars and schedules Support the organization and promotion of events, trade shows, and webinars Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives Manage inventory of promotional materials and oversee their distribution Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns Contribute to the design and production of marketing collateral using basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Qualifications & Experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience) 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing software (such as CRM or email platforms) is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience managing trade events, webinars, or similar marketing projects. Working knowledge of social media platforms and management tools, with the ability to schedule, monitor, and support social media initiatives aligned with B2B brand and campaign objectives.
