The right candidate MUST have/be the following: • A top-notch team player who truly believes "it's not about me" • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or English • Familiar with direct response marketing (Dan Kennedy, Donald Miller/StoryBrand) • Communicate masterfully in a clear, concise and professional manner • Mastery of grammar and punctuation • Take creative direction and feedback to learn and grow from it • Innovate with AI tools • A willingness to learn about the niche industry we serve • A sense of urgency to accomplish your tasks • VERY detail-oriented • A desire to proactively seek out new challenges and accomplish your goals • A heart for people • Proactive initiative - this is NOT for someone who just waits around to be told to do things - this position is for the person who takes responsibility for their role and sees things through to completion!
