Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.4–5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within prestige beauty; experience in salon or professional haircare strongly preferred.Proven ability to craft a wide range of written materials, including campaigns, digital content, social, email, packaging, retail/trade collateral, and more.Strong storytelling ability with a refined sense of brand voice and tone.Experience delivering copy for both consumer and professional audiences.Highly collaborative, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively and champion work with clarity and rationale.Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects under tight timelines with excellent organization and prioritization.Familiarity with clean beauty, sustainability narratives, or ingredient-driven storytelling is a plus.Comfortable using AI tools to support high-volume copy creation without compromising craft.
