Responsibilities: • Design and produce brand-specific content for various marketing projects • Maintain physical and digital inventories and organize all marketing collateral for company brands • Research various competitor and market opportunities as may be needed • Daily maintenance of social media platforms and content • Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders in marketing projects • Daily auditing and maintenance of project management software • Full administrative oversight of the department Skills Required: Intermediate Level • Social Media Management • Website Management in WordPress • MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Drive • Qualified applicants will be asked to interview via phone within 1 business day of resume submission before further consideration • The position is 100% office corporate location with no remote work available • Experience in an office environment role required. • Freelance or entrepreneur experience considered, but not required.
