Marketing & Creative Content Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Content Manager who is just as passionate about storytelling as they are about clean layouts and engaging campaigns. Graphic & Visual Design • Design assets in Canva and Photoshop for emails, web banners, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns • Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials • Interpret and execute Allison Izu’s vision/aesthetic in all design work What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in a creative marketing role (fashion or lifestyle preferred) • Canva pro—Photoshop and Klaviyo experience a plus • A good design eye and the ability to channel Allison Izu’s aesthetic • Familiarity with email marketing strategy, segmentation, and storytelling • Ability to receive feedback openly and iterate with a collaborative spirit • A passion for uplifting women through design and content • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led brand with evolving needs Why This Role is Special • You’ll work side-by-side with a founder who deeply cares about her community and brand • Your creativity will directly shape how thousands of women see themselves • You’ll play a key role in evolving the next chapter of a purpose-driven company This is a full-time, in-person role—perfect for someone who loves teamwork and hands-on energy
