Marketing & Customer Service Specialist

This is a contract (1099) position — perfect for someone who wants flexibility while being part of a fast-moving operation. What You’ll Do: • Content Creation: Film short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels), take product photos, and post regularly • Invoicing: Generate and send invoices via QuickBooks • Customer Calls: Take inbound calls, answer basic questions about products, availability, and pricing • Marketing Help: Assist with flyers, promotions, and campaigns (digital and print) • Spanish Speakers: Strong bonus if you can assist walk-ins and callers in Spanish Who You Are: • Comfortable with social media (especially short-form video) • Organized and efficient with admin tools like QuickBooks • Friendly and confident on the phone • Self-starter who can own marketing tasks • Spanish fluency or proficiency is a big plus To Apply: Email your resume, samples of past social content (if available), and a short intro to [email protected] or apply through Indeed.
