Marketing & Customer Success Manager

Boundless Marketing Co. is a Charleston-based digital marketing agency offering four core services: marketing strategy & reporting, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media management. This individual will be responsible for ensuring client success and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, overseeing junior members of our account team, leading meetings with clients, managing quality control for client deliverables, making strategic decisions on behalf of clients, and supporting our founder with some day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is someone with at least four years of marketing experience, with at least two years in an agency setting. Client Success • Troubleshoot client issues; brainstorm and implement creative solutions. No work you produce will be used to generate revenue for our company or any of our clients.
