You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping them succeed, stay engaged, and get value from our platform. Location: 100% in-office (Green Hills, Nashville) We’re hiring a Customer Success & Support Specialist to help our customers have a great experience—from first onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll handle inbound questions, troubleshoot basic issues, schedule telehealth appointments, document interactions, and make sure customers feel heard and successful. • Support the sales/marketing team with operational tasks that drive growth, including: • Building geo-targeted prospecting lists • Helping set up demos and keeping customer records organized • Assisting with social posts or simple marketing updates as needed • Learn and apply AI tools to improve efficiency across support and marketing workflows.
