Marketing Data Analyst (Hybrid)

You will work closely with senior analysts and data engineers to ensure the integrity of our data pipelines. • Transform and blend datasets to create unified reporting views that ensure data accuracy and consistency. Technical Skills For Success • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager • Experience working with data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI and/or Datorama to create custom visualizations for clients • Ability to understand relational data models to support the engineering life cycle; assist with documentation and technical QC of data maps to ensure that ingestion logic accurately reflects marketing needs • Understanding of the privacy landscape, including cookie consent management and first-party data strategies • Demonstrated success presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing/visually; this includes the creation of graphical and tabular representations of data At Marcus Thomas, our values shape how we work with each other and with our clients.
