This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and marketing strategy—Supporting internal teams and clients by building reliable datasets, writing advanced SQL queries, and developing dashboards that drive decision-making. Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years writing advanced SQL queries in production environments • 2+ years querying large-scale datasets (10M+ rows typical) • 2+ years working in a cloud data warehouse environment • 2+ years building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc • 2+ years working directly with paid media platforms like Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Linkedin, GA-4, etc • 2+ years translating raw data into clear insights and recommendations • 2+ years validating data accuracy and troubleshooting discrepancies • Must live in the St. Louis, MO metro area and work from the Cannonball office at least three days per week, with flexibility based on client and team needs. Preferred Experience • 1+ year hands-on experience in BigQuery strongly preferred • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools or data pipelines • Experience working with GA4 event-level data • Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement frameworks (incrementality, MMM, etc.)
