MARKETING & DESIGN COORDINATOR

Welcome! Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our Houston team. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on design work with project coordination. What You’ll Do • Design & Production (Doer): • Execute flyer and marketing material updates • Design pitch decks, offering memorandums, branded templates, and other custom collateral • Draft and design social media graphics and captions for active listings, team highlights, and company events • Create visually engaging assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft 365 • Project Coordination (Coordinator): • Manage marketing workflows for new listings between brokers, internal staff, and external contractors • Track status of design projects and ensure timely, brand-aligned delivery • Communicate directly with agents and stakeholders to collect inputs, approvals, and updates
