About the position
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, photography, videography, and social media content creation and wants real experience creating marketing work that gets used across a growing company.\n\nYou’ll work alongside the marketing team, helping to bring campaigns, brand stories, and company initiatives to life through thoughtful design and compelling visuals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to design visual content for campaigns, presentations, digital assets, sales materials, emails, and social mediaCapture and edit photography and short‑form video at company events, job sites, and team activitiesHelp create social media content that highlights our people, culture, impact, and projectsSupport marketing events, trade shows, and brand initiativesContribute ideas and assist with projects related to SEO, PR, internal communications, and brand developmentRequirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related fieldA creative eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytellingExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design toolsInterest or experience in photography or video production (a strong plus)Interest in social media content creation and emerging creative trendsAbility to collaborate with a team while bringing creative ideas to the tableNice-to-haves
