Produce innovative and effective creatives for digital and print advertising initiatives.Brand Consistency: Uphold and apply brand standards of each customer to ensure cohesive, consistent messaging across all channels.Collaboration: Partner with Content and Development teams to align creative execution with goals and timelines.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and for different customers, delivering high-quality work within scope, timeline, and budget.Multimedia: Support marketing campaigns through photography, videography, and illustration when needed.Typical Projects:Email templates and social media graphicsDigital ads, landing pages, website bannersShort-form videos and animated marketing assetsInfographics, brochures, flyers, event printed materialsCorporate templates including PowerPoint and WordWhat You Bring:Proven design expertise in typography, layout principles, color theory, and visual communicationAdvanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools: Sketch, Figma, CanvaUnderstanding of marketing strategy, audience targeting, funnel stages, and conversion goalsStrong communication skills, including presenting ideas and accepting constructive feedbackAbility to learn new tools, techniques, and visual trends quicklyBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferredA strong, varied portfolio demonstrating design process and work across multiple media formatsAbility to design modular and reusable creative systems that scale across formats, channels, and variantsStrong understanding of print production workflows for direct mail and paper-based campaignsHands-on experience creating production-ready print assets, including:Correct use of bleeds, crop marks, trim, and safe areasExporting PDF/X-1a and PDF/X-4 compliant filesCMYK color workflows and print color managementExperience working with printing agencies, understanding:Pre-press requirementsFile handoff standardsProofing and approval cycles.
