This position requires strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects in an intense and fast-paced environment. The Designer will manage simultaneous motion graphic projects that need a quick turn and produce digital content to support marketing efforts across web, social, and email platforms. Reporting to the Director, the ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic designer with interest in working with nonfiction & fiction titles to join our team. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff designer in advertising preferred, trade publishing marketing design experience is a plus, but not required for success in the role • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when needed
