The Marketing & Development Director is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and financial support for That’s My Child Youth Organization. Development & Fundraising Strategy • Create and implement an annual fundraising plan to meet revenue goals • Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations • Identify and pursue grant opportunities (local, state, and national) • Develop major gift strategies and donor pipelines • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and special events (e.g., galas, community events, giving days) • Track and report fundraising performance metrics Marketing & Brand Management • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms • Oversee content creation (social media, email campaigns, website, print materials) • Share impactful stories that highlight program success and community impact • Manage media relations, press releases, and public relations opportunities • Ensure messaging aligns with mission, vision, and organizational goals Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Annual fundraising revenue growth • Number of new donors and donor retention rate • Grant funding secured • Social media and digital engagement growth • Event attendance and revenue outcomes • Brand visibility and media placements Why Join That’s My Child • Be part of a mission-driven organization transforming lives • Opportunity to build and scale a growing nonprofit • Direct impact on youth, families, and community systems • Work closely with visionary leadership
